What is the Chem-Dry Gateway?

The Chem-Dry Gateway is the only place you need to access all of Chem-Dry's web site resources. Once logged in, you will have access to all of the different online resources such as: Edit My Web site, Scorecard/My info, the Chem-Dry Store, etc. all at a click of a button without having to log in separately to each web site.

How Do I Log Into the Gateway?

You automatically have a login id for the Gateway called the "Super" login. This login id is your main franchise number. With this login you have access to everything, including creating other users and assigning them access to whatever resource you want. To get your initial password, click on the "Need help signing in?" and enter the email we have on record for your franchise and a password will be sent to that email address. Once logged in you can change it. Not sure what email address is on record? Call your state rep and they can assist you in obtaining, or updating it.
